Arch Nemesis No More: How Remind Insoles Are Saving My Feet

I haven’t had foot issues in a while, but have historically had some flare ups of Plantar Fasciitis over the years. I have high arches and have gone between insoles over the years, but this has gone by the wayside over time and I have been lucky enough to avoid injury. But here I now sit – overcoming a self-diagnosis of Morton’s Neuroma and really don’t want to slide downhill. Luckily Remind Insoles sent us a few options.

Here’s my experience with two of their options: Cush and Destin.

When it comes to insoles, most people don’t think about style or aesthetics—after all, they’re hidden inside your shoes. But Remind Insoles takes a different approach, blending functionality with an unexpected artistic flair. While looks might seem irrelevant for insoles, the variety of designs they offer makes it surprisingly fun to choose a pair. I even found myself catching side glances at the insoles inside my shoes, which speaks volumes about their visual appeal.

The Destin insole became my go-to for daily wear, transitioning seamlessly between my slippers, casual shoes, and even my running shoes. This insole is for low-all arches and features plush cushioning – noticeably softer and more supportive than the standard insoles that most shoes come with.

As someone dealing with Morton’s Neuroma, I especially appreciated the extra padding in the ball of the foot. It helped absorb impact during everyday activities and offered relief even when just walking around the house. The best part? The Destin doesn’t alter the fit or feel of your shoes in any dramatic way. It’s like upgrading from a basic factory insole to something more luxurious, without the hassle of adjusting to new shapes or contours.

For those who need more targeted support, the Cush delivers. It’s designed with additional arch support (listed as medium-high), and while it’s not overly pronounced, it provides a nice amount of reinforcement. I’ll admit I didn’t always understand the hype around insoles with arch support—until recently. Whether it’s age, wear and tear, or genetics catching up with me, the Cush has become a game-changer for comfort and foot health.

Remind has a few other options – Medic and Remedy. The Medic, whereas the Remedy’s secret sauce is being heat moldable to provide the ideal shape for your feet. Regardless of what you pick, the insoles are packed with tech. Check out their site for details, but each comes with a similar construction of features like odor neutralization, impact absorption, arch support, and cushioning and construction that molds to your foot.

Final Thoughts

Remind Insoles impressed me with their comfort, functionality, and surprisingly stylish designs. Whether you’re slipping them into casual shoes, slippers, or running shoes, these insoles enhance comfort without overcomplicating things.

And hey, if you’re going to catch glimpses of your insoles now and then, they might as well look good too!
