We all need a little help from our friends some times. And other times, we are the friend who gets to be the helper.
At My Breast Friends 5K and 10K this June, you can be a friend and ally through your time, money, and sweat. This is the second year of the event that was started to celebrate those who are going through chemo therapy and to collect proceeds to go toward Oregon Cancer Foundation. The event includes a silent auction the hour before the race, so get there by 8:30 to get your bib and check out all of the treasures.
This year’s event is 80s theme. So, grab some friends, leg warmers, neon whatever-you-wants, and strike a pose at Alton Baker Park. Learn more about the event, and see pictures from last year through their Facebook page. And be sure to share your own adventures with the hashtag #MBF5K.

Cost: 5K at $30. 10K at $35. (Register as a group of 8 or more for a $5 discount on each registration). All registration fees $5 more on race day. $10 for a shirt.
