Small Race Preview: 2018 Run Your Tutu Off 5k (Corvallis)

Don’t miss out on this year’s Run Your Tutu Off 5K heading to Corvallis on Feb 17th. I ran this back in 2015 with my girls – “To Tutu or not to Tutu, that was never a question…“, and really enyoyed myself. It’s pretty low-key, but is in a great location (and potentially unknown for many runners out there), and participants are bound to have a good time (tutu wearing or not).  The year that I participated was  a beautiful sunny morning, but even if the February acts like February, runners will be right on the paved trails alongside the Willamette River.

Grab your tutu, as well as a friend or two, and get ready for a “unique tutu” contest, raffle prizes, yummy snacks, and a friendly environment to benefit Furniture Share – a non-profit that collects and redistributes donated furniture and household items at no cost to children, families, and individuals in need in the area.

Last year the event’s course was an out and back on wide paths which provided plenty of room for runners and walkers and even a few tutu clad dogs.
