Now in just it’s 2nd year, the Don’t Sweat it 5k Walk/Run is a race organized by the Nehrkorn Family, in honor of their son, Oliver, who was diagnosed with  Ectodermal Dysplasias, which is a disorder that creates defects in the hair, nails, sweat glands or teeth. Oliver only has eight teeth currently, but has had multiple surgeries to allow for implants and dentures. The family decided to hold this race in order to raise awareness and funds for other children just like Oliver who are affected by Ectodermal Dysplasias.

The 5k route is a nice walk or run through the streets and town of Wilsonville. Registration includes a t-shirt! There will be vendor booths at the start/finish, especially one of the main sponsors, LuLaRoe clothing boutique, where all profit will also benefit the National Foundation for Ectodermal Dysplasias. This is a family friendly casual run! Join in to help out a great cause!
