Fun Stinks! Perhaps with a little garlic and a little sweat, it really does. The North Plains Garlic Festival is coming up, and before you partake in some of the yummy goodies there (such as the famous garlic ice cream) you’ll want to check out the ORRC 10K or 5K run/walk. Fun for the whole family, the annual festival features a parade, vendors with arts and crafts, various garlic themed food and of course, the 10K and 5K race which is chip timed.
Enjoy the quiet beauty of the North Plains rural farm roads and then afterwards, enjoy the family festival.

Register today, because the first 500 participants will receive a pair of custom socks and the first 400 get elephant garlic. Yum!

Race day registration starts at 7am
Race start is at 8am for both the 5Kand 10K.

Registration: Register online or download the flyer and register by mail to ORRC Garlic Run (PO Box 1035, Forest Grove, OR 97116). Online registration closes 48 hours before the race. Mail registration must be postmarked by August 2, 2015.

$25 for non-ORRC members
Special youth rate is $5 for 17 and under for runners and walkers.
Day of race fee is $30 for all ($10 for youth).
