Tracksmith’s Fall 2025 Collection has arrived — and as always, we’re all in. This season brings classic autumn hues like deep browns paired with soft greens and blues that capture the gentle fade of summer’s brightness. The lineup also features several sub-collections, including the:

Downeaster
In New England, “Downeast” is loosely described as “the never-never land always east of where you are.” It refers to a rugged stretch of coastline running from Maine into the northeastern Canadian provinces — a place that sounds like it deserves a Run Oregon road trip for its rumored scenic trails.
Downeaster Pants
These are destined to be our go-to for cozy comfort this fall. Think of them as the perfect companion to the Downeaster — equally comfortable, equally refined, and now also made from 100% Merino wool. Whether you’re warming up for a chilly morning run or settling in for a slow weekend, these pants deliver effortless warmth and softness in a laid-back, everyday style.
With a relaxed fit, mid-rise, and tapered legs with snug cuffs, they strike that ideal balance between comfort and polish. Merino naturally regulates temperature, breathes easily, and resists odor, making these pants just as good for pre-run warm-ups as they are for post-run lounging. In short, they look good, feel amazing, and perform even better. I find myself reaching for these to warm up after braving the PNW elements outside.
Available in the same two colorways as the top — olive and navy — you may find yourself never wanting to take them off.
Franklin Fleece
While the Downeaster Collection leans back into Merino-rich classics, the Franklin Fleece introduces something fresh — a piece that looks fantastic and functions like a true cold-weather running jacket (even if it’s almost too nice to sweat in).
This fleece is built with Polartec Shed Less Fleece, offering greater durability and less shedding than traditional options, all while keeping that plush, soft feel. It’s also blended with Inverno fabric, which adds breathability and extra comfort — a thoughtful touch for runners who overheat easily once they get moving.
For me, the hardest part of cold-weather running isn’t the distance — it’s staying comfortable in what I’m wearing. With this combo of insulation, softness, and ventilation, that might not be an issue anymore.
The Franklin Fleece is available in two colors and in both full-zip and half-zip styles.
The Fells Henley is made from 54% Merino Wool / 46% Recycled Polyester blend. Merino is definitely the name of the game for Tracksmith this Fall. The look is so fancy it looks like it could (and often did – in my case) double as a day-to-day casual option. I have never really thought of a ribbed/waffle sweater as a running option, but it really does the trick.
I can attest that the construction has kept my body much warmer by capturing the excess and holding it against me. That’s not to say it isn’t breathable though, as the Merino and waffle patter allow for that. It’s probably not ideal for running in the rain, but I feel much better tackling those cold dry runs with this on my body that most of what I have available to me right now.
Such a nice layer for the Fall.
Tracksmith’s Fall 2025 lineup delivers a thoughtful mix of comfort, function, and season-ready style. If you’re looking to refresh your fall layers, this release offers a solid range of options for both performance and everyday wear.
