Get Grinning at the 2025 Happy Girls Bend Half Marathon/10k/5k

If you want to run happy, you need to run the 2025 Happy Girls Bend race. A few years ago, I ran this with a friend and fellow running coach, and we brought along a troop of ladies she was training as well. We specifically picked this race because the vibe Bend brings mixed with the joy of running among other strong women just can’t be beat.

This year, Happy Girls Bend will be on May 10th  and it’s a perfect way to celebrate Mother’s Day. The race takes place in beautiful Riverbend Park and you’ll have a half marathon, a 10k, and a 5k distance to choose from. There’s even a Happy Little Kids Run. This race is all about not only supporting women but celebrating all ability levels. Get out there and do your thing, ladies!!

This is a well-organized race with multiple aid stations (stocked with GU Electrolyte Drink and GU Gels,) a beautiful course, and awesome swag. Everyone gets a finisher’s medal, 5k and 10k runners get a custom designed running bag, and half marathon finishers get a custom duffel bag. In addition to that, you’ll get a great goodie bag before the race and a beautiful sunflower after you reach the finish line.  This race is all about celebrating YOU!

There’s a bag drop tent for this race, so feel free to grab some tags and drop your bag off before you start. After your race, pick up your gear and head to the after-race celebration where you’ll find some delicious food and refreshing beverages. There’s also a great fitness expo at the finish line too, so be sure to visit all the booths.

Add this race to your calendar ladies. You’ll walk away smiling.
