As a die-hard runner, I’m always on the lookout for ways to keep my fitness routine fresh. Lately, I’ve been throwing some punches in cardio boxing classes—it’s a fun way to mix things up (no, I’m not aiming to spar with Ronda Rousey anytime soon).
So, when I got the chance from Matt to test out some pieces from LSPACE’s Total Knockout collection, I couldn’t resist stepping into the ring, so to speak.
Uppercut Bra
This bra lives up to its name with a sleek design and bold red color that says, “I’m here to win.” While it’s not the best choice for high-impact workouts like running, it shines in medium- to low-intensity sessions—think Pilates, barre, or (of course) boxing. The fit is snug, so if you like a bit more coverage or breathing room up top, sizing up might be the move.
Contender Legging
These leggings bring style to the forefront with their standout cross-tie detail at the waistband. It’s more of a fashion statement than a functional feature, but honestly, I’m here for it.
They’re versatile enough to wear for most activities, whether you’re throwing punches in the gym or hitting up Yoga + Beer, as I am apt to do. Just like the bra, these run a bit snug, so consider sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Final Thoughts
What truly sets the collection apart is the bold red hue—it’s fierce, fun, and cute. They also have a few other options with blacks and whites if you want something a little more subdued.
Overall, the Total Knockout collection lives up to its name. While I’d recommend sizing up for comfort, I’m impressed by the style and performance of these pieces. If the rest of the collection packs the same punch, I’ll be adding more LSPACE to my workout rotation soon.
