New Management:
First things first – the race is now under the capable hands of the BRU Crew, a new race production team comprising local race directors. This change promises a reinvigorated event that stays true to the essence of Bridge to Brews.
New Logo:
And there’s more. Feast your eyes on the brand new look and logo, proudly showcasing the iconic Steel Bridge. This redesign signifies a nod to Portland’s landmarks, setting the stage for an event that celebrates the city’s rich heritage.
The Race:
Now, let’s talk about the main event – the race!
The start and finish location for each race is set at Tom McCall Waterfront Park, nestled between the Morrison and Burnside bridges. The 10k and 8k kicks off at 8:50 AM, offering participants a scenic route across 4 of Portland’s iconic bridges.
Course time limits are set at a 15:00 minute per mile pace, as roads will need to be opened up in a timely fashion. However, the pace seems generous for most participants. Prizes await the top three male and female overall finishers.

The Brews:
After the race, the celebration continues with a hosted beer and cider tasting event on the waterfront. Indulge in some of Portland’s finest brews while enjoying music, games, food, and goodies from local vendors. Packages, ranging from $79 to $84, include a shirt, medal, tasting cup, and 10 beer tokens. Non-runners can join the festival for $20.
