‘Tis the season for St Patrick’s Day races, which thankfully usually spread out over the two weekends closest to March 17th. The 2024 Couve Clover Run takes place in Vancouver on Sunday, March 24th with a 9:00AM start time.

This race, brought to use by Why Racing Events is now in it’s 10th year. Participants can choose between the three different distances as usual: 3 miles, 7 miles, and 10 miles. But new this year is the Lucky Leap 1 Miler which is perfect for the kids and an untimed 3 mile walk option which allows you to take the day at a comfy pace.
The race starts and ends at Vancouver Waterfront Park and is promised to be a fast and scenic course with only a couple small hills and a mostly flat course otherwise. All events will start together and highlight Vancouver’s Officer’s Row, Fort Vancouver, and the Columbian Riverfront.

Participants will receive a technical running shirt, a finisher’s medal, Couve Clover gloves, and a Finisher pint glass, plus a some other fun swag!
After the race stick around for the post-event party, which will be hosted by Why Racing and some other downtown Vancouver Pubs and Breweries. In addition to overall and age group awards, there will be a prize for the most festive (green!) costume.
