It’s Getting Cold, so Check out the Run to Stay Warm Half / 10K / 5K

The Eugene tradition, Run to Stay Warm, is back this year to raise money for EWEB’s Customer Care Program. They are once again offering a half marathon, 10K, or 5K (and a free kid’s dash!) on a flat course, so mark your calendar for November 19!

The races will be chip-timed and will start and finish at the downtown Riverfront Park and run through Alton Baker Park and the Ruth Bascom River Path. All finishers will receive a medal and a 2023 Run to Stay Warm beanie! Walkers, wheelchairs, and strollers are welcome but no dogs will be allowed on course.

RunHubNW is providing pacers for the half marathon and all events will be chip-timed. Sign up three people and receive 20% off!

This is a great pre-Thanksgiving event for a good cause in Eugene! For over a decade, this race has raised funds for EWEB’s Customer Care program, which helps customers who are having a difficult time paying their utility bills in the winter.

Stick around afterwards for the post-race party at Riverfront Park with food, beer, hot chocolate and more! See more information here.

You can keep up to date with this race on Facebook and Instagram, as well!
