Small Race Preview: Oregon Brewery Running Series at Grixsen Brewing in Portland

The Oregon Brewery Running Series is at it again, teaming up with Grixsen Brewery for a 5K fun run/ walk. This is part of the Oregon Brewery Running Series Summer Races. The Oregon Brewery Running Series is the perfect race for non-competitive participants, those who enjoy running for fun and those who enjoy a great beer. This race will take place on July 28th, 2018 at 11:00 am. The start line and finish line are both located at Grixsen Brewing in SE Portland.
Participants are all winners! Each participant in the race will receive a tasty beverage from Grixsen Brewing, and those under 21 will also receive a non-alcoholic beverage for participation.. They will also receive a seasonal swag item, or a collectors pint glass, along with other fun items from the Oregon Brewery Running Series partners. 10% of all proceeds from the event will go to support Oregon Brewshed AllianceDollar For Portland, and Life Vest Inside.
The race course features an OPEN course. This means that all roads will remain open for the entirety of the race. All participants will be responsible for traffic laws. The organizers make sure the route is safe and fun for all who race. There will be volunteers present to help direct and cheer racers along the way. Please also note, there will be no bag check for this event, so plan accordingly. Registration is limited, sign up now!
