Eastern Oregon, and the Wallowa region in particular, is a beautiful place and worth visiting, so if you’re putting off picking a weekend to go, put the Lostine River Run on your list and make it happen!
Saturday, July 7, 2018 will be the 33rd year for this event, sponsored by the Rotary Club of Wallowa County, and you can choose from either a 5K or 10K or a flat 1 mile out-and-back. The 5K and 10K are both mostly downhill as they follow the Lostine River into town.
The overall winners and top Masters in the 5K & 10K runs will be awarded plaques, and medals and ribbons will be given to the top 5 finishers in each age group in each run and walk.
