The 11th Annual Millicoma Marsh Trail and Track Runs are coming up on Saturday, October 8th in Coos Bay. The event includes a flat and scenic 5k on the marsh trails, a 400 meter kids’ run, and a 1-mile race. Both the kids’ run and the mile take place on the Millicoma Middle School track.
With cross-country, track, and kids’ races, and a chance to run a track mile, this sounds like a perfect family event. For more information contact the South Coast Running Club.
