Small, cheap, and unique race preview: Lewis and Clark Trail Run 5k/10k (Ft. Clatsop, Astoria)

Our National Parks offer many trails for hikes and walks, and it’s exciting when one is used for an organized trail run. Ft. Clatsop National Site in Astoria is holding a 5k and 10k trail run on Saturday, March 21. It starts at 10am at the Fort to Sea trailhead near the Ft Clatsop Visitor Center.

The race is free if you already own a pass that allows entry into all National Parks, or you can purchase an Annual Park Pass for $10, which will then also allow you entry into the other races in the Lewis and Clark Trail Series events.

For more information, call the visitor center at 503-861-2471, visit the Lewis and Clark NHP website and follow them on their Facebook Page.
