Race Preview: Good Samaritan Challenge

Join Samaritan Physical Rehabilitation and HOTV Runners for the 5 or 12k Good Samaritan Walk, Run, or Roll Challenge, and support a community and an organization that’s helping people get moving again.  The mission of Samaritan Physical Rehabilitation is to help people dealing with physical challenges by providing support, rehabilitation, and equipment that makes it easier to deal with injuries and simpler to get around while adjusting to overwhelming changes.

As runners, we’ve all probably experienced injuries or issues that made it very difficult for us to run or train the way we wanted, and whether or not we can all relate, this race looks like a great way to help others overcome the same, and more severe, kinds of difficulties.  The race proceeds help Good Sam provide rehabilitative services and specialized equipment, like wheelchairs, to make peoples’ lives easier as they deal with difficult circumstances.
