It’s a great way to keep your training on track, whether you’re training for a marathon, a half marathon, or just upping your mileage. Paces range from about a 9:00 mile to about a 12:30 mile.
This is a free group run, and is open to everyone who wants to come along! Coach Jim is an RRCA-Certified Coach, and he’d love to meet you.
Just a side note from your friendly Run Oregon team – please don’t park in the small lot directly in front of Grand Central. They graciously accommodate the group and it’s a lot cooler if we don’t take up their whole parking lot during their busiest time of the week. There is plenty of parking in the neighborhood.
