If you’re looking for a community race for the 4th of July, then check out the Red, White, and Blue 5K in Sisters. The 5K (okay, 3-ish miles) is an untimed fun run for the whole family. And since time is not a pressure, put the focus on your outfit. There will be prizes for the best red, white, and blue.
Entry includes finisher beads and a pancake breakfast after the race. Plus there are family activities throughout the rest of the morning at Sisters 4th Fest. And 50% of registration fees goes straight to Sisters Outlaw Cross Country Team. So you get to have a lovely morning and help out the next generation of runners.
