The start of the 2012 Oregon Wine Country Half

Valentines Day is tomorrow and if you are still looking for a gift for your runner sweetie or framily (yes friends and family) then look no further than the Oregon Wine Country Half Marathon. Forget the flowers and chocolate, this is sure to please (and most likely squeals of joy) when they open that box with this registration confirmation in it.

Want to  make it a little sweeter? The Oregon Wine Country Half Marathon is also offering a new ‘VIP Experience’ option. This is one thing I know I am taking advantage of this year. This is new for the Destination Races Wine Country Half Marathon series and will feature a limited number of VIP Entries for each race. This VIP experience offers runners special access to the race and race weekend events.

VIP Registration includes:

Details:

When: August 31, 2014, 7:00a

This is a fun, beautiful race, and well run. The scenery is amazing and the after party wine festival is bar-none the best wine festival I have ever been too. Yes it’s on the spendier side, but you get more than what you pay for in the race, swag, and after party!

Do you still need to get something for your sweetie? The Oregon Wine Country Half is offering a special $10 off code for the first 100 registrants for Friday, Feb. 14th to honor of Oregon’s anniversary of Statehood (Feb. 14, 1859).  The code is will be posted in tomorrow’s Newsletter going out on Valentines day (only good for first 100 uses).
