Tracksmith’s 2024 Fall Collection has just dropped, and we’re here for it as always! This year’s lineup includes fall staple colors like rich browns, along with a mix of soft greens and blues reminiscent of muted tones that, for many, signal the fading vibrancy of the summer season.

The collection is designed for the cooler temperatures of autumn. While not intended for extreme cold, the pieces feature thicker, functional fabrics that provide warmth without sacrificing style. With cozy tops, pants, and accessories, Tracksmith has you covered to stay warm and stylish, even as the weather takes a turn.

Downeaster Quarter Snap

According to Tracksmith, “Downeast” in New England refers to that elusive “never-never land always east of where you are,” known for its challenging and unpredictable weather. The Downeaster Collection draws inspiration from this unique region, offering versatile pieces in classic, comfortable silhouettes.

The new Downeaster Quarter Snap features a fresh design that retains the warmth, softness, and functionality characteristic of this collection while introducing a snap option. This design not only enhances airflow during unpredictable temperature shifts but also lends a more casual aesthetic compared to other styles in the collection.

I’ve worn this top on runs as well as out to dinner, and it performs beautifully in both settings, combining style and practicality seamlessly. Personally, I love the sage colorway, but it also comes in black and ivory.

Prospect Sweater

The Prospect Sweater from Tracksmith is an incredibly versatile top, though it’s more suited for casual wear than running—and Tracksmith is upfront about that. The idea behind it is simple yet refreshing: prioritizing quality and comfort after runs is just as important as having great gear during them.

This sweater leans fully into the post-run lifestyle. Made from a heavy cotton and merino ribbed fabric, it’s built for cooler temperatures and feels fantastic after a late afternoon run or a post-shower lounge – as I can attest to. The weight and softness make it a go-to for recovery days when comfort is key.

Aesthetically, it strikes a balance between cozy and refined. The wheat color (a creamy off-white) paired with Tracksmith’s signature sash gives it a polished, timeless look. It’s thick enough to keep you warm on chilly days, whether you’re curled up on the couch or heading out for errands.

While it’s not your typical performance top, it’s clear that this is a high-quality piece designed to last—perfect for Pacific Northwest weather.

This fall, consider Tracksmith not only for running gear but also for standout casual wear to round out your wardrobe.
