Tracksmith Federation Collection: Perfectly Timed for Olympic Enthusiasts

As an Olympics enthusiast for the past 22 years, my passion for the Games was ignited growing up in Salt Lake City, where the Winter Olympics came to town during my senior year of high school. The experience of attending live events like the biathlon and curling remains a cherished memory. With Tracksmith’s recent launch of their Federation Collection, an homage to the Olympic Tradition – and timed perfectly with the 2024 Summer Games – I’m all in.

The collection offers a variety of options, and we checked out the Fedearation Tracksuit Jacket & Pants. While it may not be sweatsuit weather yet, it will be soon, and these pieces will surely evoke memories of the Games.

Visually, the collection is straightforward and stylish. The pieces are simple—navy with a cream stripe along the sides, blending old-school charm with modern aesthetics. Being from Tracksmith, you can expect quality. The materials are thicker, leaning more towards sweatpants than traditional tracksuits. The fabric blend is top-notch, offering strength, durability, and stretchy comfort.

The jacket matches the pants with a cream stripe down the side, features Tracksmith’s signature navy-on-navy diagonal stripe across the front. It’s a full-zip option, my personal favorite.  With three internal drop-in pockets, two external drop-in pockets, and one secure zip pocket along the signature sash detail, the jacket provides ample storage space.

The pants feature a convenient zipper at the ankles, making them easy to pull over shoes. The fit is a bit straighter, with multiple pockets to carry your essentials.

This collection is fun and versatile, perfect for use this fall and winter, and as we move towards the 2026 Olympics in Italy. Now, back to my regularly scheduled programming of Rugby 7’s, track and field, speed climbing, and Snoop Dogg.
