Small Race Preview: 2018 Rwanda 5k (Newberg)

When signing up for races, I am always interested in where the proceeds go, what they are raising funds for ect. I am more apt to sign up and run a race, where I also agree and want to support the cause. Rwanda 5K run/ walk, is an upcoming run, held on April 14, 2018 in Newberg.

This race is a fundraiser to help offset costs, as well as support a team to travel and serve in the African country of Rwanda. The 5K will start and end at the Newburg Community Church, just north of George Fox University.  The course route will primarily stay of local city streets. Come participate in this local fun 5K run, and help contribute to the fundraiser for the country of Rwanda.

Cost: $25 for 5K, $60 for family
