Small Race Preview: 2017 Hamlin Winter Grit (1.71 miler)

Put on those running shoes and be prepared to race in this winter weather with all your grit you can muster.  The 2nd annual Hamlin Winter Grit is taking place in Springfield, Oregon on February 25th.  This quick 1 .71 mile race is sure to get your heart pumping.  The out and back course will be short enough to allow each runner to test their strength and speed (with a little friendly competition with fellow racers) without being in the cold too long.

Race registration is $20 (students $10) and includes an event t-shirt which can be picked up the day before the race at Hamlin Middle School from 3:00 to 7:00 pm or the morning of the race from 8:45 am to 9:45 am.   Race begins at 10:00 am.
