Balega is releasing a new design for their Ultralight n0-show sock: the “Proudly American” design is a limited edition sock in red, white and blue. They’re even more patriotic because they’re made in the U.S.A. (North Carolina) from U.S.-sourced yarns. The company, which also has operations in South Africa, created them ahead of the summer Olympics to recognize their pride in being a U.S.-made product. Features of the Ultralight no-show sock include seamless toes, Drynamix fabric to help sweat evaporate quickly, a rear-ankle tab to prevent slipping, and cushioned heel and toe material for a comfy ride. These are left-right specific socks. I’ll do a review of them after I get a pair, in advance of the Games (and Labor Day) so you can see what I have to say after testing them out.
