The Les Schwab Windy River Relay’s looped course has an epic start and finish on the Hood River Waterfront. It takes participants from downtown Hood River through the beautiful orchards, toward the Cascade Mountains’ majestic views and by serene waterways. The race has a fast second half with its downhill return to the Columbia River at Tamanawas Falls and Cold Spring Creek near Mt. Hood ending back at the Columbia River.

This race features the best trail running Oregon has to offer – technical and rocky sections, views of mountain peaks and lakes, and luscious sections of single track. Plus the absolute best aid stations staffed with people who have run hundreds and care a lot about you getting to that finish line. Plus there is a free pasta feed the night before and breakfast at the end of the race. This race will change you.
