Oregon’s most challenging running relay course starts in the Cascade Mountains at Diamond Lake Resort, travels through the Oregon Outback and rural agricultural country, and winds back to the Cascade Lakes Highway, around Mt. Bachelor and into the resort community of Bend. You’ll see more cows than semi-trucks and smell pine trees instead of exhaust. If you are seeking an adventure where you can push your limits and rediscover your senses, then this is the event for you and your team. Cascade Lakes Relays offers something for everyone with 3 events: CLR 36, CLR 24 and the Walk Relay.
Volcanic is a rugged, remote, and challenging 50K+ and a 25K on Mt. St. Helens in Washington state. The 50K course runs entirely on single-track trails, circumnavigating the entire mountain. All but 4.5 miles are run on the Loowit Trail. Racers scramble over boulder fields, cross rivers, run through the blast zone, as well as through dense forest – all with ever-changing views of the volcano. The course is 32 miles and feels more like a 50-miler. In all, this Mt. St. Helens race has approximately 7,400 feet of elevation gain and 7,400 feet of loss. It’s tough, but so are you! The 25K gives runners a real Mt. St. Helens experience without having to run all the way around the volcano. This course includes some of the iconic features of the longer race – boulder fields, the Loowit trail, jaw-dropping views of […]
Welcome to the Mt. Hood Trail Games, featuring super fun and beautiful trail running races up high on the slopes of Oregon’s most famous volcano! Trail Games offers a different spin on trail racing formats, featuring two exciting relay team options, a squad race we like to call the “Wolfpack”, as well as the “Lone Wolf”, a traditional individual trail race. For the Trail Games course, we’ve assembled a cool “three-leafed clover” consisting of three unique trail loops that all start and finish on the Sun Deck at Mt. Hood Meadows, adding up to 25K (15.5 miles)! No need for vans, gas or managing large teams…it’s just you and your trail besties cheering each other on under the mountain summit the whole time! RACE OPTIONS: MOUNTAIN RELAY: Teams of 3 runners. Each teammate takes turns […]
The Annual Chris Miller Memorial Steens Rim Run & Walk - better known as the “Rim Run” - is a race unlike any other in the Pacific Northwest. With its high elevation, stunning views and scenery, unpredictable climate, and near-steady climb from start to finish, this high altitude race brings a whole new meaning to “challenging 10K.” Each year, the first Saturday in August, more than 200 participants make the trek out to the remote Steens Mountain in Southeast Oregon. The race offers a tremendous challenge... starting at an elevation of 7,830 feet and finishing above 9,730 feet. The 10K course follows the Steens Mountain Loop Road, passing the headwaters of both Fish Creek and the Little Blitzen. As you run along the rim's edge, a number of high mountain views make the race a […]
