I love traveling and running. Heck, we even have an entire section of Run Oregon dedicated to where to stay when you’re traveling, things to do when you’re not running, and—of course—great places to lace up and explore. There’s just something special about experiencing a new place on foot. It’s probably my favorite way to experience travel, period.

Ciele’s WMM collection taps directly into that feeling. WMM stands for World Wide Movement, and the collection is designed to celebrate the miles you’ve logged in memorable places—while also getting you fired up for wherever you’re headed next. For me, certain runs are tied to vivid memories and photos from cities all over the country (and beyond), so being able to bring those experiences back to life through what I’m wearing is a really fun idea.
The current WMM city lineup includes:
- Miami
- London
- Paris
- Vancouver
- Austin
- Tokyo
- Los Angeles
- Boston
- Toronto
- Berlin
Sure, some of these cities are synonymous with major marathons, but what’s refreshing about the WMM collection is that it’s not limited to just the World Marathon Majors. Cities like Austin and Vancouver don’t carry that same race-day prestige, yet running in both places—as I’ve done—can be an experience just as memorable. Sometimes it’s not about the race at all; it’s about the streets, the neighborhoods, and the miles you explore along the way.
Call us biased, but we strongly believe Portland deserves a spot in a future WMM drop. Just saying.
The World Wide Movement collection is currently available across Ciele’s GOCap SC lineup, blending the brand’s proven performance with storytelling that resonates with runners who love to explore—one city, one run at a time.
