If it’s about the journey rather than the destination, you’ll want to get an X Dog Adventures event on your calendar. This race organization feels like family and their races will fill your “feel-good” bucket for a lifetime of good memories. X Dog is a true “adventure race” organization that’s been around for a long time, though they took a break for Covid and came under new management.
Now they are a part of Why Racing Events and there’s a lot of fun scheduled ahead!! My advice is to plan your whole weekend around these events and lean into the adventure!
