You know how races often feel like they are uphill, even when it’s an out-and-back course? Well, with the Hoodoo Challenge, it is all uphill and not just a feeling. But the view at the top will make it all worth it.
On July 22nd, participants will be lining up for the seventh running of the Hoodoo Challenge starting at Hoodoo Lodge in Sisters Oregon. Participants will finish at the top of Potato Hill then walk back for the hosted lunch and awards. All finishers receive race socks and a 2-for-1 lift ticket voucher for Hoodoo. Participants can also purchase shirts and hats to show off their Hoodoo victory.
For those who want to see the sights, with a bit less height, there will be a 5K race that ends at the top of Hoodoo. So don’t let those 10 extra miles keep you from looking down from the mountain top.
