All (mostly) Downhill Baby!: 2022 Rogue Marathon, Half Marathon, & 10K (Medford, OR)

As someone who lives in Portland, I love the idea of going rogue. This city, and the larger Pacific Northwest, is all about being unique and challenging expectations. So of course I love the name and potential of Rogue Marathon, Half Marathon, and 10K.

All race distances are point-to-point meaning every step is one step closer to the finish party. And all those steps are part of a net downhill elevation. Fast and straight-forward: Awesome!

With a prize purse of $8000, a fantastic finisher’s party, custom shirts and finisher’s medals and a family friendly atmosphere, the Rogue Marathon is sure to capture your heart and challenge your legs.

Marathon and half marathon participants start by taking the provided bus transportation to their starting line (Emigrant Lake County Park, Bear Creek Greenway and Suncrest Road, or Bear Creek Park). The first marathon bus leaves at 5:35am with the last marathoners headed out at 5:50am. Half marathoners are between 7 and 7:20am. And aid stations are set up all along the course (including 13 for marathoners) to keep the energy up all the way to finish.
