A Big Race at the Little Woody – Previewing the 2022 Bend Beer Run 5k

Bend is a Craft Beer lovers paradise. Sporting over 22 breweries, it has become a mecca of hoppy and malty goodness. Bend is also quite an awesome place for local festivals and events (part of the reason I desperately want to move there). Combine those two awesome things with a run and you have a trifecta of awesome – the Annual Bend Beer Run.

This race, which will take place on Saturday, September 3rd, is a 5k race loop through Drake Park along the Deschutes River, with stops for craft beer along the way. You’ll start at the Deschutes Historical Museum at 12:00PM in the heart of downtown Bend and follow quiet residential roads throughout the journey before finishing at the Little Woody for more beer tasting fun!

There will be prizes awarded to participants in costume, though dressing like a sloppy drunk is frowned upon (even if mildly accurate)!

This race is one that has become pretty big and is expected to fill up quickly. This event is also limited to those 21 and over please. Register for this one before it sells out!!
