YEE-HAW, it’s time for the Giddy Up 5K! Ranch Run (Sisters)

Although it feels like summer has just begun, the Giddy Up 5K Ranch Run in Sisters is already around the corner on August 20th at Pole Creek Ranch. This new chip-timed run and walk will take racers through the ranch (a portion of its 375-acre property), down the private country roads, and will have incredible views in just 5K!

Finishers will receive a custom cowboy bandana, a campfire mug, a cowbell medal, and a beer from Three Creeks brewing. Sorry, unfortunately no strollers and no dogs, due to the livestock at the ranch.

There is also a Buckaroo Run, which is a 1/2 mile run for kids ages 3-10 with a sheriff badge sticker at the end.

The post-race party will be at the “secret corral”, which will have plenty of room for spread out, run around, play lawn games, and listen to the Dry Canyon Stampede band. There will also be prizes for the best-dressed cowgirl, cowboy, and buckaroo!

A portion of every registration will go to Youth Build and Sisters High School wrestling team.
