Race Preview: 2021 Santa’s Posse 5K Run/Walk (Camas, WA)

“Santa” and “posse’ are not words that I’ve thought of together before. But add in “Run” and anything becomes possible.

Santa’s Posse 5K Run/Walk is a chance to celebrate and do some good in the world, which are two of my favorite things in a race. All participants receive a full Santa’s suit as part of registration. And this is a serious suit: jacket, pants, hat, and beard. Plus, a finisher’s medal that also serves as an ornament to deck out the tree.

Who: Anyone with the Holiday Spirit. Make it part of your holiday festivities with your closest friends and family.

Now along with the fun is a chance to do some good. Proceeds from the race will be used to share toys and food with families in need throughout Clark County. Santa’s Posse, a collaboration between Clark County Sheriff’s Office and multiple community sponsors, collects donations to share some holiday magic with over 1,000 families including over 3,400 children.

Be part of something just plain good this December.
