Race Preview: 2021 Eugene Peace Run 5k/10k

Join Eclectic Edge Racing on Sunday, May 2nd  at 9:00AM for the annual 2021 Eugene Peace Run. This race came to fruition as a result of the Dalai Lama’s first visit to Eugene in 2013.  The Palmo Center for Peace and Education continues to celebrate and honor this holy event every year, and it’s a wonderful way to bring community together in health and good fortune.

The Eugene Peace Run will take place at Alton Baker Park in Eugene, and there will be both a 5k and a 10k event to choose from. This is always a great family-friendly event, and registration is only $20 for adults 18+ and $10 for youth ages 12-17. All kiddos under 12 will get a complimentary entry with an adult registration. There is also a group rate of $15 a person if you have a 5 or more adults that want to register as a group. Shirts are not included but can be purchases for only $10. They are pretty awesome this year!!   There will be an early packet pick up option at Eugene Running Company on Saturday May 1st from 1:00AM to 2:00PM. You can also pick your packet up on race day from 7:30AM to 8:45AM.

This event is made possible by an all volunteer staff and all the proceeds after expenses will benefit the vision of the Palmo Center for Peace and Education. If you’re looking for a fun, low-key, in-person event, here’s your chance!!
