The Silver Falls Trail Challenge is the 2nd in the PNW State Park Trail Series. (This race can be run as part of the challenge or as an independent event.) Offering a 1/2 marathon or 1/4 marathon option, this trail race promises amazing scenery! The loop course passes behind the falls, which is a must-do if you’ve never experienced Silver Falls State Park. The 1/4 marathon will be one loop and the 1/2 marathon will take the loop a second time.
In addition to the scenic views, expect a challenging trail run, as this course is not flat! Please note that Bivouac Racing is a cupless race organization, so that means you must BYOV – or Bring Your Own Vessel, as they say. Water and an electrolyte drink will be available for you to refill your “vessel” with along the route.
