Anna: I have high arches and crooked big toes so finding socks that fit my feet comfortably AND can stand up to my toes poke through them is not easy. The Swiftwick MAXUS Zero Tab socks are breathable, moisture-wicking socks made with a lightweight fabric and relaxed compression. I wore these socks during short and long runs and the socks gently hugged my arches and provided the support I need while keeping my feet cool and dry. Low cut socks don’t always provide me with enough coverage causing my Achilles heel to rub on my shoes, but these socks stayed up the whole time and survived several washings like they were new.
The branding on the front of Swiftwick’s MAXUS Zero Tab socks claims these are the best sock you will ever wear guaranteed. My cozy warm cabin socks I wear around the house are the best socks I have ever worn, but for running socks these rank in my top 3. I recommend them to anyone looking to make an investment in good running socks.
Swiftwick’s Pursuit line is constructed with nature’s technical fiber (Merino Wool) and features a reinforced heel and toe, and extended heel pocket to maximize durability. Swiftwick does amazing with their socks and I have found myself unknowingly buying this line specifically from them over the years – and it fails to disappoint. I feel like these do a really sold job at keeping my feet dryer on those sweaty runs.
