Nestled exactly in between Medford and Ashland is the small city of Talent, which is home to the annual Frostbite Run! Just after New Year’s, a 10K and 5K start at the middle school and run out into the countryside on Foss Rd.
Hosted by the South Oregon Runners (SOR) the course is flat and straightforward (i.e. fast!). There will be custom medals for all finishers, and age group ribbons for first, second, and third. There will also be a random prize give-away, so listen for your name! There will be pre- and post-race refreshments, as well!
