Small Race Preview: 2019 Pioneer Road Run (Phoenix)

Southern Oregon’s oldest road run will be 48 this year! Join the Southern Oregon Runners for the Pioneer Road Run in the small town of Phoenix, Oregon. This event includes a 5K and a 9 mile option, along with a kids’ run.

This southern Oregon tradition starts and finishes at Phoenix High School, and it benefits the Phoenix High School Track team.

There will be trophies for the top male and female high school 5K winners and ribbons for the top 3 finishers in each age group.

Head on out to Phoenix, between Medford and Ashland, to enjoy a small town race and support the local track team.

  • 8:30 A.M. – Kids Run
  • 8:45 A.M. – 9 Mile
  • 9:00 A.M. – 5K

Location: Phoenix High School, 745 N Rose St, Phoenix

Entry Fees: 

  • $20
  • $15 for Southern Oregon Runners members
  • $7 – ages 18 and under
