Race Preview: 2019 Battle to the Pacific Half / 10K / 5K (Hammond)

The 2019 Battle to the Pacific 5K/10K and half marathon events, hosted by Bivouac Racing, will once again be held in early November at Fort Stevens State Park (just outside Astoria) and there is so much to explore while you are there, including a shipwreck on the beach and a historic military area.

On Sunday, November 3rd, participants will start and finish at Coffenbury Lake and will meander along the paved (and flat!) hiking and biking trails within the park. The courses will go through two underpasses and over a bridge in the park, adding to the already beautiful scenery.

All Bivouac Racing events are cupless, so plan accordingly and enjoy the trails!
