Race Preview: 2019 Multnomah Falls Trail Run (Bridal Veil)

The Multnomah Falls Trail Run is back for 2019 with this sweet 5.9 mile run/walk in the Columbia Gorge. Hosted by the Timberline Trail Running Club, this fun, challenging, and incredibly scenic event features the five most-photographed waterfalls in the Columbia River Gorge: Multnomah, Ecola, Wiesendanger, Fairy, and Wahkeena Falls.

There is about 1,800 feet of elevation gain packed into this race (and 1,800 feet descent), with a mix of paved to some trail on soft singletrack, hard-pack dirt, and rock.

This race also features the original Superhero Contest – that is, the first male and female participants to finish dressed as a superhero win special prizes! There will also be overall and age-group prizes. The race is capped at only 150 participants so make sure to secure your spot; race day is fast approaching!
