There’s also a virtual run option, so feel free to run around your own neighborhood or course of your choosing and the Love Rocks organizers will send you an official run shirt and Love Rocks so you can still feel like a part of the race. Make sure you choose this option when you register before June 8th!!

The 5k course starts at Tom McCall Upper Elementary School and heads down Stringtown Road before looping back around. There is a timed run as well as an untimed run/walk option. The Kids Dash will be tons of fun, as it will include bubbles, rainbows, and some obstacles to keep them busy.
