Small Race Preview: 2019 Run for Recovery 5K/10K (Redmond)

For 2019, the Redmond Alano Club says, May the Fourth Be With You! The Run for Recovery happens to fall on the 4th this year, and with it comes the opportunity to seize on a popular phrase. The Run for Recovery is a 10K/5K/Kids run that takes advantage of the Dry Canyon trail in the heart of Redmond, where runners and walkers can safely take their families and enjoy the beauty of Central Oregon in spring.

Thanks to generous donors and sponsors, the Alano Club puts on a silent auction every year, following the races. There will also be gobs of yummy food and drinks for everyone. Now in its 7th year, the Run for Recovery benefits the Redmond Alano Club, a non-profit organization that provides stable, centralized meeting places for 12 step recovery programs.

When: Saturday, May 4th. Races start at 9am.

Cost: $30 for either the 5K or the 10K.

Register: Online through GetMeRegistered.
