Race Preview: 2019 Mastondon 10-ish Mile Trail Run (Tumalo)

The 2019 Mastondon Trail Run will be held on Sunday, March 3, 2019, hosted by Superfit Productions. The event will be at the Maston Trail Network in Central Oregon, a BLM trail network near Clive Butte in between Tumalo and Redmond featuring juniper trees and views of the Deschutes river and the mountains of Central Oregon. If you have never ran in Maston, it’s a trail runners dream. The Bend Beer Chase runs one of their legs along portions of these trails, and though it wasn’t my leg – I vowed that I would want to return and really explore it.

The course is a relatively flat (400 feet of change) 10-ish miler and will have two aid stations on the course with water and Skratch drinks.

This year the race will donate 10% of the proceeds to Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Central Oregon.
