Race Preview: 2018 Ugly Holiday Sweater 5k (Tualatin)

Looking for a fun and free holiday run? The 2018 7^th Annual Ugly Holiday Sweater Run/Walk is at Road Runner Sports store in Tualatin again this year on December 22^nd. You will have your choice between a 1 mile or a 5k race, and both are untimed. It doesn’t matter how you get to the finish line .. You can run, walk, or crawl .. It’s all for fun and for a good cause too.

Though this event is free, it benefits the Ladybug CDH Foundation, which is a non-profit organization that helps families affected by Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia. Please plan to bring items that can be used in the hospital NICU (think cotton receiving blankets, small stiffed animals, and blank journals.) Also a suggested donation of $10 is encouraged to help out this great organization.

After the race, there will be prizes for the ugliest Christmas sweater and you can warm up with hot drinks, eggnog, and some other goodies.

The weather will be cold, but the company will be anything but, so come check it out!
