Small Race Preview: 2018 Vernonia Ugly Sweater 5k Run/Walk

Do you have an ugly holiday sweater? Or do you maybe need a good excuse to wear one? How about for the 5^th annual Vernonia Ugly Sweater Run on December 8^th? It’s a 5k, so  getting thru it should be relatively painless in the grander scheme of things, and it’s a flat course around the Vernonia Lake.

This race, put on by Scoval Racing, is a great one for runners and walkers alike to get out there and celebrate the holidays in the best way imaginable. There are prizes for the best sweater, so bring it on!

The cost of this race is only $20 and if you are a student, you’ll get in for $10 if you show your student ID (use code “Student” when you register.) Kiddos 10 and under get to race free!
