The City of Portland announces their intent to negotiate for the 2019 event

Heads up for those of you excited about the 2019 Portland Marathon … The city has issued a “Notice of Intent to Negotiate” with the company that puts on the Revel Race Series for the 2019 race! Get training!

(The Notice of Intent to Negotiate means that they intend to, but have not yet, signed the contract.)
