If you read the blog with any relative frequency, you have likely caught at least one of my beer or brewery related posts. I have been to almost 380 unique breweries across the map, and only have a handful left in Oregon to get to. It sounds like a weird hobby, but I have so many great stories and memories from traveling the far corners of the state to check out some of the best that we have to offer.
So when I heard about Shirts on Tap, I was instantly hooked. I mean, subscription boxes can sometimes leve me feeling underwhelmed. I mean, getting surprises is fun, but there is usually a handful of items that never get used. Shirts on Tap is sample. Each month they will send you a shirt with a logo from a brewery on it. Though there are some cool options, that’s essentially the nuts and bolts right there. It’s just simple and definitely something that will get good use.
Obviously we are selecting Portland as our city of choice, but there are other beer meccas than can be chosen as well:
- San Diego
I have been to a variety of breweries in all of these locations, so if you see an upcoming design that you really want, you can swap to that city for no charge. Don’t have an allegiance to a specific location? Select their Rotation Program, which will automatically switch between the cities you choose.
There are also some style options as well. Men can choose from:
- Soft Cotton – Fitted, lightweight soft cotton made by NextLevel
- Heavy Cotton – Less form-fitting, tubular shirt made by Gildan
- Tank Top
Ladies can choose from:
- V-Neck – Lightweight soft cotton made by NextLevel
- Crew Neck – Lightweight soft cotton made by Bella
- Tank Top – Tri-Blend Racer Back tanks by NextLevel
You can also make a preference as to where you prefer the big print logo to be placed – on the front or the back.
I got my first box last month, and in addition to the shirt from Stickmen Brewing I also received:
- Brewery sticker
- BOGO pint coupon at Stickmen
- Flight Discount at Stickmen
The fit and comfort are really solid for tee-shirts. This isn’t just a cruddy image plastered on a cheap tee. I opted for the soft cotton and am really pleased with the quality of the shirt and the imaging. I am pretty much obsessed with Shirts on Tap and it may be the best subscription box I’ve ever tried. And with our code, there is no reason not to try it out!
Remember to use code RUNOREGON to get your first box for only $5!
