Race Preview: 2017 Dirty Santa Run 5k/10k Trail Race (Newport)

I love the excitement surrounding an inaugural run, and Ardor Adventure’s new Dirty Santa Run in Newport on December 16th sure sounds like a fun one! You’ll have the choice between a 5k and a 10k and it’s a trail race, so be prepared for a fun and challenging adventure!

You are encouraged to wear a holiday themed costume for this one, but be advised that you will likely get a bit dirty as well as sweaty, so maybe don’t pick your holiday best! You’ll be provided with jingle bells with your registration, so you’ll be hearing jingles all through Wilder Trails Gate (and beyond) where the race starts and ends.

Your entry to this event gets you a Dirty Santa T-shirt along with the bells (while supplies last,) and all you can eat tamales and champurrado after you celebrate your finish.

Register early (the t-shirts are cool and only guaranteed though November 26th) because this race looks like it’s going to be an awesome journey!
