Race Preview: 2017 Pioneer Road Run (Phoenix)

Southern Oregon’s oldest road race, the Pioneer Road Run, will be held in Phoenix, Oregon on Saturday, November 11th, 2017. Originally just the 9 mile course, this event was founded in 1971 but have since added a 5k option as well. Both distances are out and back courses and start / finish at Phoenix High School.

The top 3 finishers in all age groups will receive ribbons and Lance Tooke Memorial trophies will be presented to the top male and female high school 5k winners.

Please note, no roller skates, bicycles, skateboards, baby joggers, dogs, or unregistered runners are allowed.

Times: Kids Run (Free): 8:30 a.m | 9 Mile Run: 8:45 a.m. | 5K Run: 9:00 a.m
Location: Phoenix High School | 745 N Rose Street, Phoenix
Price: Adults: $20 (after 11/8: $25) | 18 years and younger: $7 (no fee increase)
