Race Preview: 2017 Corvallis Tri-umph Relay

Curious about competing in a Triathalon, but never before competed? The Corvallis Tri-umph Relay is a great way to introduce yourself and/or your team to the sport of Triathalons. This event lasts 3 days, and comes without the typical stress of a triathalon. The first day consists of a 2.4 mile swim (Friday), 112 mile bike (Saturday) and a 26.2 mile run (Sunday). The legs are split and divided among teammates however they see fit.

The Corvallis Tri-umph relay also has a SOLO attempt at either the full or half distance, which is great training for those competing in a half or full Ironman. You can have a team of up to 10 people, with up to 5 people competing per day,

The swim portion of the event will be held at Osborn Aquatic Center in Corvallis, the bike is at Emerson Vineyards in Monmouth, and the run is in Corvallis at Brandis Farm. There will be free camping provided for racers and their families at Brandis Farm Friday-Monday for the event.
